Holy Rosary operates a Food Ministry for the benefit our our neighbors in Gate City and throughout our zip codes that is without parallel in the broader metro area.

The needs are growing rapidly. In 3 years, our service has grown such that we are literally distributing another ton per week of food, serving more than 670 families twice each month.

Demand continues to grow and so do supply costs. Our Pantry performs entirely on the efforts of volunteers. Not just from our parish but simply of “people of good will.”

We need your help for funding, identifying sources of food to distribute, and volunteers to support the Pantry’s operations and to make regularly scheduled runs to collect food from area grocery stores and deliver it to Holy Rosary.
